advisa Unternehmensberatung GmbH was founded in Hamburg in 1992. It focuses on consulting and training SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). advisa became known as the first institution in Germany to offer continuous training on company formation and management in English, Turkish, Russian and Afghan (since 1999). Since 1999, we have had a focus on Turkey, from 2003 to 2017 the work concentrated on Afghanistan and since then on Europe. To this day, for example, we work with the Afghan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and the University of Kabul. Here, consulting services and training - mostly in English - on company management in Afghanistan were offered. Since 2017, the focus of our activities has been training for SMEs, NGOs and other organizations within Europe.

  • Liceul Teoretic „Traian Lalescu“
  • https://traianlalescu.ro/

Liceul Teoretic “Traian Lalescu” is a general education (secondary level) school/institute/educational center in Hunedoara. It offers high-quality education by implementing learning methods aimed at building action-oriented and intellectual skills, and using a range of interactive methods designed to stimulate creative but also logical thinking. It places importance on interpersonal relationships that facilitate the creation of a stimulating and open environment. The city experienced a period of certain economic difficulties after the 1989 revolution, as most of the jobs in the city’s steelworks disappeared. Other alternative sectors in the economy (services) and some smaller industrial units that have emerged since then have not managed to employ all the workforce. The city is struggling with a high level of emigration to other European countries due to the poor economic situation. In particular, Sinti and Roma from our region have no chance of finding a regular job and drift into the informal sector. In various projects, the school tries to attract these groups to further education.
